4. Toner consumables

Isoprophil alcohol:
Is the main liquid to clean some pieces of the toner cartridge, this is due its solvent properties and degreasing , we will use it to clean the wiping blades, dosifying and the cylinder , in some cases we will use it to clean the magnetic roller . yoy can get it in any pharmacy or medical supplies store.

Static bags:
This is where we will keep the toner cartridge this because of its antistatic properties and light proof, which afects the performance of the cylinder . You can get them with any local vendor of refill consumables.

Flannel:
a common cloth that we´ll use to clean the pieces of the cartridges, it is important that it must be as free as possible from lint and preferably in color white . we will cut it in pieces of 10 x 10 cm, this cloth can be bought in any place selling cloth. you can buy it on any cloth store or any supermarket.

Conductive grease:
This kind of grease is good for having a good electric conduction between some moving pieces, in this case we will apply it, on the PCR contacts, cylinder and mag roller, before applying it we have to make sure the area is clean and preferably we will do it with a qtip, (We recommend not using too much, just the necessary). you can get it with any refill consumables local vendor.

Breathing masks: We use these to keep from breathing toner when refilling cartridges we recommend to use dispposable masks, because they are easier to use and are very cheap. you can get these in the supermarket or a hardware store

Lubricant dust: just like the name implies it is to lubricate the cleaning blade and the cylinder, is made of zinc oxide and is a white dust, light and silky like if you feel it with your fingers. to apply it you have to cut a piece of flannel of 15 x 15 cm, apply the lubricant abundantly and close it, with this you will be able to sprinkle the lubricant over the pieces without overdoing and keeping it safe. You can get it with any refilling consumables local vendor.
